Travel Planner

If you travel a lot and actually want to plan it properly, a generic wall calendar isn’t going to cut it. This is the planner I built for myself – a visual, scribble-able annual calendar designed specifically for people who are constantly juggling public holidays, long weekends, remote work days, and the eternal optimistic question of whether those four days in October could somehow become a trip to somewhere unusual.

I’ve used a version of this every year since I started taking travel seriously. It’s the first thing I set up in January and the thing I refer back to every time I’m considering whether a trip is actually feasible.

You can print it and write all over it, or do what I do: download the GoodNotes app on your phone or iPad and edit it digitally with colours. I usually end up with a colour for weekends I’ll travel, public holidays, vacation days, working from another location, and days I’m stuck at my home base and can’t go anywhere (the least fun colour by some distance).

It’s free. Download it, print it, scribble all over it.
